Update on 2025 Invoices & Transition to PayHOA
Beginning Aug. 15, 2025, the WOLT HOA Board will transition from working with RowCal/Pioneer Beck as our HOA management company to self-managing our HOA affairs with an online portal tool called PayHOA.com.
