Board Meetings

Board meetings typically occur on the first Thursday of every other month,  but the board will convene at other times if/when needed.

Anyone from our community is welcome to attend and observe the meetings.  NOTE:  To protect privacy, the board reserves the right to request residents temporarily step out when a discussion about specific individuals/households is needed.

Check our community calendar for the board meeting schedule, location and a link to the agenda.  Information will be posted a minimum of 10 days prior to the event.

If you wish to have an item discussed at an upcoming meeting, please reach out to the board member most closely associated with your topic and/or the HOA Secretary to discuss your need and get added to the agenda.  This must be completed a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the meeting, so we have enough time to then finalize the agenda and get it posted.

Agendas and meeting minutes from all HOA Board meetings can be found in our Document Library.

Annual Resident's Meeting

Our Annual Resident's Meeting occurs in the Spring (March / April).
We strongly encourage every resident to plan their schedule so they can attend and participate in person.
The meeting is led by our HOA President. During this meeting each board member reports out on the details of their area and you have a chance to collectively ask questions, join in the conversation, share input/ideas and contribute to our community's well being. Breakfast is provided.
