Meeting Minutes & Agendas

Important HOA documents -- including bylaws, deed restrictions, HOA board meeting agendas and minutes -- are now accessible on the Rowcal Homeowner Portal. Here are instructions for setting up and logging in to your portal:

  • Visit https://www.rowcal.com/homeowner-login

  • Select SIGN IN in the center of the page or in the top-right corner

  • Click CREATE ACCOUNT

  • Enter your Rowcal account number. If you do not know your account number, please email careteam@rowcal.com.

  • Information will populate once you enter your last name.

  • Complete Registration (You will be able to select whether you want your information displayed in the directory.)

  • Once you complete the registration, you will receive an approval email in order to set up your password.
