Are fireworks allowed?

NO.  For safety reasons, and to prevent fires, our community does not permit the use of fireworks anywhere within our HOA, including the parks.  We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Reach out to the Parks Coordinator for the latest security code.  The code is updated yearly at our annual meeting (occurs in the spring).

If I'm late paying my HOA dues or other fees, what's the penalty?"

One month's additional dues will be added to your bill beginning June 30  for each month in arrears. After 90 days, The Homeowners Association may file a lien on the property.

When must HOA dues and other fees be paid?

Annual HOA dues and wet slip or dry slip fees are due each year on March 31.  Payment should be made via the Rowcal Homeowner portal.(https://www.rowcal.com/homeowner-login)
