One month's additional dues will be added to your bill beginning June 30 for each month in arrears. After 90 days, The Homeowners Association may file a lien on the property.

Annual HOA dues and wet slip or dry slip fees are due each year on March 31. Payment should be made via the Rowcal Homeowner portal.(https://www.rowcal.com/homeowner-login)
