Important Dates and Details
Beginning Aug. 15, 2025, the WOLT HOA Board will transition from working with RowCal/Pioneer Beck as our HOA management company to self-managing our HOA affairs with an online portal tool called PayHOA.com. Below are some important dates, documents and links to help homeowners through this transition.

Aug. 15: Invitation email from PayHOA.com goes out, asking homeowners to log in, confirm contact information and activate their online accounts.

Note: An online account is NOT required to receive email from the board via PayHOA, including invoices. An account WILL BE required in order to pay invoices electronically.

Aug. 16: The WOLT HOA Board will hold a PayHOA.com orientation and training session beginning at 9 a.m. in our HOA park, followed at 10 a.m. by an informational meeting to address questions about the transition away from Rowcal/Pioneer Beck.

Sept. 4: Invoices for the 2025 annual HOA dues will be sent to homeowners through the PayHOA.com portal.

Oct. 4: Deadline to pay without incurring penalty, per the new Assessment Collection Policy, which the board adopted in June and will be in effect for this billing period.
